What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means that you reserve a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you agree that the product will be shipped at a later time than a regular order.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Each pre-order product page includes an expected delivery date.
The date is an estimate, if anything changes we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We always strive to ship within the specified time frame.
How is payment handled?
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout , unless otherwise stated.
Your payment confirms your reservation.
If the expected delivery date changes significantly, you can cancel at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel your pre-order as long as it hasn't shipped and get a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, our normal returns policy applies.
Multiple items in the same order
If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items, we may choose to ship them all together when all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items faster, we recommend that you place separate orders.
Delays
If there are production or logistics delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel before the product is shipped.
